For the first time, the Adelaide Football Club has produced a commemorative ANZAC guernsey.
The special design depicts a bugler playing in front of the sun going down (represented by the Club’s hoops in red, orange & yellow). On the back, five red poppies are positioned to represent a wreath above the words ‘Lest we forget’.
Our AFL players will don this guernsey with great pride and a sense of responsibility for our Round Seven match against North Melbourne in Hobart on Saturday, April 27.
In support of the Returned and Services League, a percentage of the sales from the ANZAC guernsey will be donated to the RSL ANZAC Appeal.
