Adelaide forward Taylor Walker is expected to be available for selection against St Kilda on Monday night.

Walker missed the match against West Coast on Saturday due to a knee issue, but will take part in regular training this week after responding well to treatment.

“He is looking really good for a normal week of training,” Crows Head of Science and Medicine Steve Saunders said.

“Taylor is now able to do a number of the jump, landing and agility tasks that he was limited on before.

“We expect him to be right for the weekend.”

Rory Atkins will also return to normal training after suffering a high-grade AC joint (shoulder) injury against the Suns in Round Three.

“Rory is looking really good, so we expect him to have a normal week on the track and be ready to play on Monday,” Saunders said.

“It’s about a week or two quicker than we thought, he’s been unbelievably diligent with all the rehab and strength loading in the gym."

Young forward Darcy Fogarty will likely miss at least another week due to a shoulder knock sustained before Round Five.

“Darcy is making continued progress, but much slower than we’d like,” Saunders said.

“He’s only an outside chance to be ready for the weekend.

“But we expect him to be ready for the week after.”

The Club announced on Monday that Captain Rory Sloane would miss the next four-to-six weeks after fracturing his hand while falling from a marking contest against the Eagles.

Sloane will undergo surgery on Thursday.
